Marc Fourmarier
Chairman
Doctor Marc Fourmarier has devoted his entire life to urological surgery. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Brussels (Free University of Brussels) in 1995, he specializes in adult and pediatric urological surgery. He obtained his thesis in 2001 and became a Hospital Practitioner at the University Hospital of AMIENS (Professor Petit).
In 2007, he joined the team of “Center Hospitalier du Pays d’Aix” (Aix-en-Provence) where he still works.
A member of the Male Voiding Disorders Committee (Association Française d'Urologie), Dr. Marc Fourmarier works mainly on prostate pathologies but also on urinary incontinence and neuro-urology.
Doctor Marc Fourmarier brings all his experience to develop medical devices that perfectly meet the needs of professionals and provide a satisfactory response to patients.
Mr. Gilles Blanchard is, among other things, the “Gyro Gearloose”of the team. He uses “high end” computers as well as 3D printers to develop the prototypes of our inventions. His extensive experience in an international banking group in IT and purchasing is essential for PENELUP-CARE development.
He began his career as a teacher in mathematics, mainly in Lyon and Tahiti, where he created a research institute in the Mathematics teaching. He devoted himself since 1976 to embryonic micro-computer and switched to private sector, in banking technology.
He was in the team who set up decentralized information System for Société Générale group in 1988 and, after this project was successfully completed, he became Chief Purchasing Officer of the group in 2000.
He was sent to Russia as Chief Information Officer to start from scratch retail banking. Then, in 2008 he became Country manager in charge of all group technical infrastructures in Russia, which he left in 2011.
He became a senior consultant, and in 2016 led the project to replace the entire Information System of the leading bank in Madagascar (software, hardware and infrastructure).
He has published several books, in mathematics, computer science and on "purchasing" function.

Doctor Arnaud Cherasse has devoted his entire life to surgery, specializing in urology. Working at “Clinic du Val d’Ouest” in Ecully (Lyon) since 2005, he created the Urology Center of the West Lyonnais there with Dr. T. Gérard.
Dr. Cherasse brings all his experience to develop medical devices that perfectly meet the needs of professionals and provide a satisfactory response to patients. Doctor of Medicine degree at the Faculty of Lyon in 1995, surgical specialty in Urology at the Catholic University of Louvain (Brussels) where he followed a 6-years course in adult and pediatric urology. Finalization of the specialty course in Lyon, intern in the urology department of Pr Bernard, then at the Edouard Herriot hospital, then activity of urological surgery and transplantation at the hospitals of Lyon and neuro-urology department at the Henry hospital Gabrielle.
Mr. Duboys de Labarre has over 30 years’ experience in international FMCG and healthcare industries, in sales and general management, with an impressive track record of delivering exceptional business growth.
He is bringing to Penelup Care his extensive experience of company management in international companies across multiple geographies and is a key player to build Penelup Care global strategy.
Graduate from Pau Business School (France) and diploma of chartered accountant, Mr Duboys de Labarre has made his career in France in different sales role with Auchan, Procter& Gamble, Scott Paper, Sara Lee, Beiersdorf (Nivea), and Reckitt Benckiser (RB).
Joining RB in 1998 as Sales Director France, then Business Development Director Rest of the world (east countries, Middle East, Africa, Asia, India, China), based in London, in charge of sales audits in this big region.
In 2002 he joined RB Russia, as General Manager and then Senior Vice President Russia and CIS.
In 2014 he decided to go for a well-deserved retirement, and lives now in Samui Thailand.
